they lie about mileage they list all engines and trans at low miles and lie about all of them

Had a Great Experience with Abby Auto Parts. The man there was very pleasant and patient with me an d my friend as we were trying to decide what parts we wanted to get.

I have been buying parts here for a long time. Good parts and good prices. Only once needed warranty called him, by the time i got to his shop replacement was ready!!!

I am currently in a dispute with Abby Auto Parts. I purchased a transmission from them from my Toyota Sequoia for $2.000.00. I am in Southern California so I paid to have them ship it to me from Phoenix. When it arrived to my mechanics they inspected the transmission and found metal flakes in the transmission pan. I called to arrange a return of the transmission to them and so far they are not following through on their warranty. I will update this comment as the situation evolves.

Met Abby (owner) on Labor Day & he treated me with the utmost respect & on Tuesday allowed Steve his loyal right hand man to accompany me to my personal mechanic to inspect a vehicle I was interested in. Overall 2.5 hrs of my time & their time invested that day. Unfortunately no transaction was conducted- but our dialogue remained friendly & professional with a degree of honesty. Would definitely recommend Abby Auto Parts. I am hoping to do business with them in the near future should the need arise. Steve is very respectful & knowledgeable with a beautiful laid back personality....no pressure. I was very very impressed with Abby Auto Parts & their owner & staff.
