Abby Ford was a lifesaver after our shuttle bus stalled and needed a tow. They completed our repair within the day. They even sent a couple mechanics to assist with a roadside repair after we had a secondary malfunction. Would absolutely recommend.

I cannot express how awesome the service department is at AbbyFord. They always amaze me! As a female, I have been taken advantage by auto shops 3 too many times. I have been coming to AbbyFord for several years now, for all my automobile needs. The integrity of this shop continues to amaze me. I can’t thank them enough for being so good to my vehicle and I. Most recently I went in for loud exhaust. With my original quote they did not feel they could fix my exhaust but only replace it and quoted me a certain price. I was shocked then, just that they had even considered fixing it instead of simply replacing it. When I took my vehicle in for its repairs and came in to pick it up, I was again blown away by the honesty of the mechanic. He was able to fix my vehicle instead of replacing parts!
