ABC Auto Repair

My transmission went on a 2018 Honda HRV. I got it into Abc and he put a rebuilt in within two days. I was so pleased the rate was reasonable and he was very cooperative and worked with me in every way. It’s a busy busy place but I think you get great service from them.

I came in for an inspection, I had new plates and registration in hand. I just had the car registered in NY . Hugo pointed out some things that needed to be fixed as if my car would fail inspection. I told Hugo no way because I just had a repair and the car was given a good bill of health. After I spoke up he proceeded to issue the passing inspection sticker. When he handed me the bill he added $20.00 for putting on my new plates that I didn’t ask him to do! He argued that the charge was for his time, it was difficult and that he could have failed the inspection because the new plates were not on the car. I’m going to report them to DMV inspection!

Been going here for years, Hugo is damn near family at this point, when ya need a good, trustworthy, kind mechanic. This is the guy and this is his place!

Be careful, Really lies I asked" if I repair how much may be cost he said 70~120 before he did , after he checked 15mins cost is $835 . So I don't wanna repair for that cost too high. He also repaired yet. I told him I want cancel it I don't wanna to do. If I cancel I need to give $120 for only check. At the first time I asked repair cost. they checked 15mins $120. I'm just so confused I don't want to give $120 so I spent $835. but now I everything repaired. after tomorrow engine is another part is missed they did wrong something. Very shaking Going and stop. Before I car everything is fine only over heat . He changed radiator. I checked is Radiator is everything good why they decided to change. Before everything is fine Now engine so noise after I change . Now I'm so mad. They make some

No way I can bring my car to ABC they charge you just to put your feed on the chop,they was supposed to change the water pump and change the oil he changed the water pump he didn’t change the oil still charged for the water pump and the oil change to irresponsible didn’t put antifreezer on the tank
