I will never use this place again. My car has been in the shop 4 times to resolve problems after the initial fix. They originally used after market hood on my brand new car that vibrated at speeds over 50mph, abut the real problem was quality of paint job, and overspray, just messy work in general. Admittedly they did address the problems every time, but if your time is worth anything and you want quality work and attention to detail look elsewhere. Even after being their shop a 4th time for the same claim, they still left polishing compound all over window and unknown gunk on the side of the hood. 1 star because they corrected problems -4 for low quality fixes and attention to detail.

I was sent here by my insurance company for substantial repairs. Upon returning my vehicle, it was dirty inside and there was trash which I pointed out to Kenny who apologized and gave it a quick wipe down. Once I got it home and went to load my cargo compartment, I found more trash, a can of fix a flat,tons of mechanics dust and grease stains on the roof. I called and mentioned this to Kenny who suggested that I brought it in that way. He was dismissive and said he would look into it and get back to me but he never called. When my insurance company asked how my experience was, I explained the situation. This prompted a call offering to bring it in for a detail to correct the problem. The lack of communication from ABC collision is ridiculous. When I called to get my car repaired it was like playing musical telephone. None of the office ladies want to talk to you, the person assigned to give you the quote will give you radio silence and is hardly in his office. It was near impossible to reach him. While they fixed my bumper they failed to see how leaving the bottom part of my car that was ripped to shreds wasn’t a problem. I had to go back just to point it out and to have them remove part of it (which they wouldn’t have had to do if they had fixed it in the first place when I pointed it out for the quote on repairs) Was told he would order a replacement part for it, I’ve still heard nothing. A drunk driver side swiped my vehicle and abc nissan made my car look brand new. It was even cleaned for me on the inside and outside as well. They did a great job.
