ABC Hyundai Service Department

The people were great and handled the issue quickly and professionally. The service department alone earns the five stars. That said, Hyundai as a corporation is flat-out ripping people off on key fobs. I was charged $1,000 for a plastic key fob and programming, which is completely unjustifiable. There is no legitimate reason on earth for a molded piece of plastic with a chip to cost a thousand dollars. That isn’t service, innovation, or security, it’s corporate greed, plain and simple. I don’t appreciate being robbed by the very company I’m supporting, and Hyundai needs to be called out and corrected for taking advantage of its customers. This practice is ridiculous and should not be tolerated.

Derrick and Paul were awesome in getting my outside trim piece replaced in a timely manner. Thank you for the loaner car while repairs were made. An all day job turned into only 2 hours and I was on my way home! Great job and super service!

Fast, friendly service. Very helpful staff. Thorough inspections. A little pricey,but it's a dealership. You're paying more to have technicians that specialize in your vehicle. Well worth it! Hot coffee and snacks available while you wait in their super comfy waiting area. I'll be back in a few months.

Albert, Derek, and Justin all took care of me for various reasons over the last couple of weeks, from a rental to the care of my vehicle. I always felt seen, felt like they were doing their best, and they were always honest. I got my car back in working order, despite various challenges, but they never stopped working as hard as they could for me. They communicated every step of the way and were always ready for me when I arrived. Will only be bringing my vehicle here moving forward.
