ABC Smog Check STAR Station

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. When I asked a question about star- only smog checks, the staff heavier set yunger guy, seemed jumpy and upset, he misinterpreted my question as a joke. I was simply trying to clarify if I could bring in vehicles that don't require a star check, as I know star-only services tend to be pricier. I also intended to ask about non-star pricing for future reference but didn't feel comfortable doing so after his reaction. It's important for staff to provide clear assistance, especially since many customers may not be familiar with smog regulations. Service was $90. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve been charging me $60. and this year, they want $99. I went to another location and found smog test only for $60. I’ll never come back to this location again.

The person on the picture that works here really don’t know how to treat a costumer he was so rude and his language was so inappropriate

This place wasn't good I been here before and a nice older man did a good job and gave me a good price. I went today and there was a young guy and he was very rude to me gave me a big attitude, and he was lazy just sitting on his desk he didn't want to do the smog for me. When I told him nevermind because of his attitude he didn't even care he said Okay BYE and made me turn around. Really messed up...jan 27 Wednesday around 4pm

These hours are not accurate they say they open at 8 yet I waited till 8:21 when this young guy showed up to open. Very rude like really after you showed up late. Will never come here again. Don't waste your time. There used to be an old man who ran this place so great even his prices were better 50 dollar smog now this guy charges 70
