Ability Auto Body

Getting into an accident is never a good time, and writing reviews for body shops is definitely not how anyone wants to spend their day. However, my experience with Ability Auto Body was worth sharing. I brought my car here after someone backed into it while I was parked at work. (This person luckily left a note.) The damage was extensive, affecting the front bumper, a deep scratch and dent on the passenger door, and significant impact to the driver-side door and handle. I was actually worried the entire door would need to be replaced because the handle was so badly smashed. It’s a bit of a known issue in the industry that manufacturers often don't produce the individual small parts for door handles, meaning even minor damage to the handle can require an entirely new door. My car was hit parked while I was at work. The bumper and headlight were both damaged. Thankfully insurance covered the repair and set me up with ability auto body. They did a great job at fixing everything and making it look brand new. Their customer service was great! Repairs took about a week.

Andrew did such a good job reassuring me through the process of my vehicle repair. He kept me updated throughout the process, he was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all of vehicle needs were met. What I love most about Ability Auto Shop is the integrity and honesty of the men who work here. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone who needs auto body repairs on their vehicle. Great repair shop! I took my car here for some bodywork after USAA claim. Kevin got me in right away and helped me get a rental car with Enterprise. The whole process went smoothly. And I got my car back just a few days later. The work done was great and the service is top tier! They even stayed a few minutes late on Friday when I got stuck in traffic so I could pick my car up before the weekend. I highly recommend this place. All the staff were amazing and extra kudos for Kevin for all your help!
