Ability Towing

I called to get suv towed to auto shop. The guy tells me I can pay cash of $100 (for 4 miles) and leave on the seat or $110 with card. I say I would like to save the $10 but what if the tow person says there was no $$$? He says his guys are trustworthy and he has decided he doesn't want to help me. Then he proceeds to hang up the phone. Rude and so short circuited! Very unprofessional!

I would like to say they got my vehicle from 850 Auto Service Center they will not take it to my address for whatever reason I’ll contact me and I’m trying to explain that to the Caucasian guy that He has a very nasty attitude with me and stuff even hung up. I’m trying to ask him what’s the other number is that I’m trying to find out about my my truck with a real slick mouth and stuff somebody’s gonna be an extra hundred dollars and stuff like that plus that you just like hang up on my face I’m trying to get a cancel the right now the other number like dude real rude like he must really really hate his job I get that but at least pretend why you’re on the phone with somebody like you’re trying to help somebody. I know it’s just a paycheck do you but that’s my vehicle I’ve been about five m

Although someone called to have my car towed…Miss Ann Marie that works their front desk was a huge help in getting my car back to me and when it wouldn’t start she helped me get it running again. Getting ur car towed without notice is a pain but as frustrating as the situation was she facilitated my cars release back to me flawlessly. Can’t say I enjoyed the circumstances I had to encounter her help but once again I’m glad they had such a considerate and understanding individual helping customers

Called for a headlight. The young lady stated she had one in the office! Great price. Extremely easy to deal with. Good source of helpful information as well. Highly recommend

After they towed my car that I had LOCKED, they unlocked it and went through it, surely trying to see what they could steal. I went back in and asked the sketchy looking woman at the front desk why they went in my car, she lied and say nobody went in it. My front door was unlocked but the rest of my doors were locked. It has automatic locks, so when one door unlocks they all unlock. My seat was moved way out of position and when I opened my door my alarm started going off.
