Ability transmission

Three mechanics could not fix my truck I brought it to Mr transmission they did a great job no problem so far been about 3 weeks. Very courteous very knowledgeable and considering it was a holiday they got it out pretty quick. I had to drive 40 minutes to get there but it was well worth it. I was a little short on funds and they help me get a loan for the balance. Thank you.

Kept my car for two weeks. No communication on their part. Didn't fix a thing. And the employees stole everything that wasn't attached to the car, down to the pennies in my console. They claim it was a break in. But never notified me of anything. No windows were busted. All doors were locked when I got it back. Also my papers shoved in the glove box which is not where I left it. So someone tried to clean it up. So car still broken and over $300 in stolen merchandise. Worst shop ever.

Brought my 95 Impala SS in for service due to transmission fluid leak and performance issues. Set up an appointment and upon arrival vehicle was promptly inspected and diagnosed. Received same day service to fix the problem. Completed satisfied with the results. Customer service was great and I would definitely recommend Mr. Transmission for anyone seeking transmission service.

Super knowledgeable staff that know how to breakdown their assessments in easy to understandable terms. I so much appreciated not feeling pressured into making decisions on possible needed car maintenance. Logan, who helped me actually said “these are things you can go home and think about. This is nothing urgent and if you do decide to do them, this is the cost.” Wow!! How refreshing it is to not feel like you are being Fearmongered into doing unnecessary work. I highly recommend this place and I’ll definitely be back for any future needs.

I'm happy to say that doing business with the company like Mr. Transmission is a true American way of doing business. I'm blessed to have had some one like Steven to be very supportive of patient it goes to show you that there are still a few great American people and I'm one to say that I'm very proud to have had some American people like Steven.
