Able Towing

Just want to give Able Towing a shout out. I had to get my car towed to the shop and had scheduled a tow with another company a few days prior before my appointment with the mechanic. The other tow truck driver never showed up. My insurance helped me find Able Towing and they said they would be at my house in 45 minutes. As soon as I got off the phone with my insurance company, Able Towing called to see exactly what was wrong with my car, told me they would be sending someone asap. Well the driver got to my house about 20 minutes later, called me when he was outside. Driver was very professional, had a mask on and was quick with getting my car on the truck and to the mechanic!! Thanks so much for how quickly y'all responded and for how professional y'all were!! Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely terrible! I was connected to them through my insurance company. They seemed to be reliable and the tower was friendly, but he made it seem as if it would be okay to drive through town on a damaged spare tire. Instead of simply saying I shouldn’t drive on it at all, he allowed me to believe it would be okay if I “drive slowly.” I couldn’t even back out of my driveway. I reached out to them to explain I was given a choice, but should not have been, given the fact that the tower is more experienced with these things than I am. They were entirely flippant and very rude in how they spoke to me. To smile in a woman’s face while putting her in more danger than before, and be offended by her complaint is evil.

Tyler was wonderful professional and personal his service was outstanding .He knew his job and was careful in the way he handled my car. He arrived 25 minutes before the estimated arrival time. Tyler, and Able towing, Thank you so much! For your great service.

Great customer service. I was in need of a tow service and they were able to provide me with it. I did check with at least 4 other towing companies in the area and none could help me. The one thing I was requesting was to tow a motorcycle! Wow, I could not believe it. If Able towing would not help me I would of had to call some company completely out of Fairfield!!! Kudos for Able towing and great customer service at their phone answering. Definitely I will recommend to go with this company for any towing g needs around the area! Also they are charging the average amount of other companies but, Able will help you right away. Not like others that give excuses argumenting that they completely booked or that they have no drivers available. Good job Able towing!!

I can honestly say Able's Towing is solely in it for the money after my horrible experience with them tonight. My 11 month old son was locked in the car with the keys in the ignition after my dog accidentally pressed the lock button. I immediately called BMW Roadside Assistance to see if they could remote unlock my door for me. Unfortunately they were unable to, and they begin to reach out local towing companies. BMW called me back to let me know that they had no luck because all the towing companies were either closed or were unable to get onto Travis AFB. I then called Security Forces who assured me that if I gave them the company and driver's name that they would grant them access and escort them to my house.
