Absolute on Hoover

I drove in thinking they were also part of Go Tires (had a patch job that I needed to get done quickly), and when I asked them if they were affiliated, they very shortly said, "no," which, no problem! I'll go next door. I guess my mistake was thinking to ask if maybe they could do the patch job and save me a trip around the block, but the man at the front desk was very rude. I asked, "Do you guys do patch jobs, and if so, how much?" and he just responded, "I don't know, you'll have to ask them," with the most condescending attitude. Good news is the guys at Go Tires are super sweet and professional. Can't say the same for Absolute.

Allen was very helpful he fixed my vehicle, the suspension went out, and he fixed my speaker in my door it was hanging and he fixed it without me even asking him he replaced my fuse and battery cover and topped off my fluids all for free. He understood my financial situation and made it work for me with a warranty. Awesome place to do business and a great way to start my new year thanks Absolute Rover.

The shop tricked me into thinking my car was fixed. The start up seems as bad as I dropped it off. I really couldn't afford that expensive of a repair, but I was willing to take a reasonable risk. However, the second this required more work to figure out how to fix the car, the shop/mechanic claimed the job was complete. These people are far too overpaid.

Terrible service. Bought in my LR3 with an electrical problem and an engine light warning. They told me they could not do anything about the electrical problem, and the engine light they said fixed but 2 weeks later it is back. More than anything, their attitude was really like they did not care to have my business, since I did not have a straight forward problem. It’s a Land Rover for god's sake, when is it going to to straight forward!? Took it to Independent Landrover Complete Auto Service, 407 S Central Ave in Glendale and they fixed the electrical problem, which was exactly what I had suspected and they were nice, gave options and advice. Glad that I found them, but annoyed that Absolute on Hoover took my money!

I am traveling on the panamerican highway and had some specific things they should have checked. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Told them more than once to replace the diesel filter and the rotor filter and that they need to order these parts. They didn’t do it. The oil used was not of the type I asked for. It was great that I could leave the car with then for two weeks while I was back home. I wouldn’t go back to this place.
