Acadia Carwash

I went to wash my brand new vehicle (2026 white crosstrek) I did the $23 car wash on the soft touch side as the no touch side I thought was broken. It came out with dirt still left on it and scratched up pretty badly. I called the number and there first response was “how old is your car is it used?” and they had me send photos, I then have heard nothing from them. I figured they wouldn’t fix it but at the least I’d like my $23 back. Would not recommend unless you like your vehicle scratched.

Went there this morning to pay $23 for car wash and didn't refund the money back When I put my card in and paid for the wash and then said kiosk out of service There was a car in there being washed I would like a refund

Went in on my lunch break because my car is nasty from the road salt, fair pricing and easy to use touch screen menu. My car looks awesome definitely will use this service again.

I spent $23 at this car wash expecting a proper cleaning, but all I got was water sprayed on my car—no soap, no wax, nothing else. Complete rip-off. I called their number to complain, but no one bothered to call me back. Terrible service and a waste of money. Avoid this place!

The car wash is convenient, the soft touch always does a decent job, when the payment machine is working, for a new car wash the payment machines computers are down more then theyve worked. Car wash works very well, I like the soft touch as its gets rid of that "glaze" that touch free tends to leave. Had an issue 1 day, but was handled excellent by Wash manager Aiden. His service excelled. Thank you Aiden.
