Wonderful service. Quality rental vehicles that are well taken care of and clean! I cannot say enough nice things about the rental manager, Katie. Even in these trying times and while working remotely, she was nothing but kind and accommodating to us. She even provided me with her personal number in case I had any questions or concerns during our rental. We will be back, for sure!

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I was helping my parents find a mobility vehicle and was talking with Tim. I had been communicating with Tim via text and e-mail. My parents had found a vehicle that suits my dads handicapped needs prior to our appointment with Tim. I had texted Tim, because he communicated with me this way before, to let him know that we were cancelling the appointment for the next day as they found a vehicle. Tim never responded to my text. Tim left a voicemail at my parents home, so I called him back. My mom is caring for my wheelchair bound father and wasn't able to answer. I really wanted to like ... and give my business to ... this wheelchair van rental company. Everyone is super friendly and courteous. But I had to call FOUR times. Every time, the woman who takes care of the rentals was working at home and would return my call. The fourth time I called, I received the owner's personal guarantee that she would return my call that same day. That was Tuesday. It is now Wednesday. His personal guarantee came after an excuse about how the woman is struggling with putting her kids in school. (That explanation might excuse the last week, but it most certainly did not excuse the other times over the last four weeks.) I finally just gave up, and I booked with a different company. Stay away from this place. The owner is selling the place and I have been here a few years looking for a van. He called me this week and said he had a new van there for 72K. When I stopped by to look at the van he was not there so I called him. He said it was the black van. I look up the blue book and its 26k-30k. I call him back tell him the price on blue book. He now tells me he is selling it for someone. I tell him I am not paying 42k over asking for a used van. He sends me pictures of this used van and I just told him forget it. All the while he is telling me you can not get them anywhere. He maybe right but I am not paying 72k for a used van. At the end of the day when you lie and try and beat a person for 42k you are not a person with integrity. You are trying make a quic
