Was involved in a accident and needed my car repaired! All other collision centers were booked for months out, I spoke with Joe and he was super nice, took my car in right away, had it done in a reasonable amount of time and also communicated with me during the process and provided me with photos along the way. Met his wife and she was also very nice! Once I drove off the lot I noticed my car running rough and my air bag light was flashing and a sensor light was on. I went back the next day and he reassured me that my motor mounts needed to be changed probably cause of the hard hit and that my sensor and possibly the seat belt on the passenger side needed to be replaced. Him and his wife said they would submit a supplemental claim and here we are over a month later and they still have not

I had a small dent in the rear hatch. Access Collision repaired the dent, matched paint and had my car back in 3 days. The price was fair and service excellent. I hope I don't need collision repair again, but if I do, I'll take it to Access Collision
