Access Transmission

Amazing experience!!! Took my 2017 Chevy traverse to get transmission rebuilt and got it in a timely manner, very affordable, great communication all around, worked with Darin senior from start to finish. Charged me a third of all other places at most. Highly recommend!!!

Their work for changing my transmission sensor was well. The staff was friendly. They even fixed my finicky key fob, but they also did a diy fix on my dipstick. Someone put antizieze on my dipstixk handle to my dipstick tube. Had to replace both parts. There was a debris im my oil and plastic shavings. Also discovered my passenger window won't work. I'm unsure of what other issues are there. I only noticed because I check levels before each drive. I obviously didn't check when I went to pick up the vehicle but noticed first drive after. My windows were all fine when I dropped off the vehicle as they rolled them down when I dropped it off and they had them all up when I picked it up.

We trusted their word, their reputation, and their promise that a $4,000 repair would finally solve the transmission issues we were dealing with. Instead, what we received was months of stress, repeated breakdowns, and a car that is still not fixed. As a new customer, l was pleased with the work on my transmission. It was a reasonable price, and quick service. I gave it 4stars because when the parking lot is full the car is parked in a dusty field out back. There are low bumps and if you are not careful you could ruin a spoiler or fender. I got my car back with dust on it and yes Darrin, it had finger prints on the windows. Don't take me wrong. Darrin was helpful, and listen to my all needs.They are good people who know their job, quick and dependable, but a few minor errors. I definitely can’t say enough about this place. They’re absolutely an outstanding shop. I have dealt with them for 3 of my personal transmission rebuilds and repairs. Darrin and his staff have delivered every signal time. I deal with Access Transmission on a daily basis with work and their turn around time is always short. As busy as they are every single day. They don’t seems to skip a beat. They have been in service for a long time and I can definitely see why. I plan to continue bringing my business to Access for years to come.
