Accu 1 Glass

Ordered 3 windows from Accu 1 Glass in 2020 under older owners in 2020. I recently noticed that my sliding glass door has seal failure and has bad markings all up and down the glass. I called to hopefully get help as I know this is still under warranty since it was only 4.5 years ago since it was installed. Now new owners took over and they say they do not have any of my information in the system and they are not trying to help me at all in correcting this situation. As a single mom it was a big deal to get this done in my house, I don't have money just lying around to order another sliding glass door! Accu Glass def. left me in the lurch not even trying to accommodate me in any way. I will tell everyone not to order from here as I KNOW I am not the only one this is happening to.

These guys handled warranty work for window company I used when I replaced my house windows. one was defective. Showed up, clean and professional. got the job done, left no mess. Not only that, but they noticed another window that had an issue. They took measurements and said they would deal with the window company regarding warranty claim. Which was super awesome cuz I dealt with that dang window company for 6 months on the issue they had just fixed in less than an hour. If the rest of the company is like the crew I got, I wholeheartedly suggest this company. Efficient and professional.

Had a great experience with Accu 1 glass. They not only replaced the bottom rollers on my sliding glass door and did a great job, but they were also half the price of another company here in town. Very professional people all around.

If you need to replace window glasses, this is about as good as it gets. They can pretty much replace any glass. The crew is super nice, very considerate of our needs, and tried their best to accommodate our constraints. The work is good too. Once the replacement glass had a slight crack, and the crew got a replacement right away and scheduled a replacement date. All in all, highly recommended!

After finding out my insurance will not cover the super over priced rear glass i called them to stop working on it they tried to charge me $100 supposedly because they had already started the cleaning and removal of excess glass left on my vehicle. Little did i know they only unscrewed 6bolts and wanted to charge me for that i did not pay the $100 but they still charged me $50 for using a srewdriver i guess. But anyways i got my window repaired elsewhere for a much lower price Accu glass was charging me $750 for my window and i got it for $375 with instalation please avoid this spot complete rip offs
