I've had my van serviced several times at Accurate. The guys are super professional. Very good at communicating. I recently purchased the van and even though it has low miles i wanted to be sure there wasn't any pending problems. They took the time to look my entire van over to look for any issues and gave me a full report. It's rare that a repair shop tells you "everything looks good, no repairs needed at this time", so I was pleasantly surprised. We are servicing all of our company vehicles at Accurate Auto moving forward.

I took my 2014 dodge journey in to Accurate Auto & Tire Service and the company was very Professional and Clean and Tidy, even the waiting room had the most comfortable seats. The company also provided snacks and drinks in the waiting area which made me feel like YES this is where I want my vehicle to be😊!! I met with Bob and Nick as well as Cortes whom were very friendly and Courteous and they listened to my concerns about my vehicle it took about week in a half, and I got my vehicle back right on time for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I was very pleased with their work and replacement on my transmission which by the way was covered under the warranty. Tom at Accurate Auto is hands down the most reliable and honest mechanic I’ve ever worked with. He takes the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle in a way that’s easy to understand, and you can tell he truly cares about doing things the right way. The quality of his work is excellent, the prices are fair, and he never tries to push unnecessary repairs. It’s rare to find someone with that kind of integrity and attention to detail these days. I have brought my jeep in to the Osseo shop two times now and it has been nothing short of pleasant. Affordable and honest care. I am a woman and sometimes it can be intimidating walking into a car shop...but not here! It's welcoming, comfortable, and woman approved!!! Plus~~~ Bob is awesome and super great to work with.
