Had another great experience with Accurate Automotive. They got my car in in a timely manner. They promised it back before 1 PM and it was completed at 1 PM. Very knowledgeable mechanics, clean shop! I’ve been going there for 15 years! I had a dynamic oil flush done on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe because of an oil consumption issue

I have been going to them for 3 years and always beyond satisfied with repair and customer service. Being a woman they hear my concerns and complaints about my vehicle and have went above and beyond expectations to satisfy my concerns. I had a major issue with my Ford F150 2006 pickup truck. It happened Friday evening and so I didn’t use it for the weekend. I called Gilbert at Accurate Automotive at the advice of my parents who are loyal clients and was able to have the issue diagnosed and repaired the same day. I feel they were fair in their pricing and that I received great customer service. I hope I dont have any future problems but if I do I know I have an honest and knowledgeable repair shop to go to.

My daughter recommended Accurate Automotive Services to me after she was scammed by another garage and went to Accurate Automotive for second opinion. They checked her vehicle out and told her the repairs the other place suggested were not needed. So when I needed trustworthy help with my vehicle after my husband's stroke, she sent me to them. Miguel and John went above and beyond the call of duty, to get me back on the road safely and I am so grateful. In an emergency situation, they helped me when the nearby Kia dealerships with the responsibility to help would not. AA were honest, thoughtful, and polite. Also, up front about the cost, not that we had a choice, and it ended being a little less. So they didn't cut us that deep. We will never forgive Kia, however we'll recommend AA as much as we can add out-of-towners.
