Accurate Shine Detailing

SCAM SCAM SCAM.... I left my car to get an interior detail. Picked it up at dark. The next day I found out my seats are wet but not clean? The carpet had not been shampooed. The door Wells had not been cleaned. I called them up and went by. They agreed to take care of it that was a month ago. It has been a different excuse each time I went by. Horrible customer service, unreliable employees, and untrustworthy. 75 dollars pissed down the drain. Every word written here is "ACCURATE "

Awful people to deal with. Had car a week to detail inside/outside and shampoo seats/carpet. Go to get car about 4 days later and it wasn’t even clean. Dust flew out seats when you patted them with your hand and inside door panel was filthy, etc. they ask me to pay more money and give them a week to take seats out, dry them and detail it correctly. This is now two weeks they have had car. Today got a call to pick it up, got there and it wasn’t ready!! Said about an hour longer, they needed to wipe it down. Go back to get car, seats are wet as to where they make a water spit on your backside from sitting on them. Airbag light is on. Broken push start and freshie melted into vents on dash. For 150$? Not happy with my detail today on my truck . Paid $100 to get full detail and when I made it home I saw they miss the whole top and bed cover of my truck. And the tire shine they put on splash all over the side of my truck. See attached pictures

I usually never give anybody 5 stars, because no one is perfect and everyone can gain improvement, but this team took care of of me in every way and so promptly, I had to solidify the standing. Thanks to Jackson potholes, I popped two brand new tires and had to repurchase two more brand new tires. I bought my tires here at a great competitive price, got them installed, mounted, and balanced as well. The owner himself assured me of top service in impeccable time. As soon as my car got towed, they were on it and done. I will definitely be back. As a business consultant, I can honestly say service like this is more rare than seeing a real live Kakapo.
