ACE AUTO REPAIR & TIRES

Nowadays you don’t run into as many locally owned, small businesses with exceptional service. Ace was exactly that. They got us in right away for a tire repair, and even showed my curious kids the whole process. The man was so kind and patient with them. After our tire was patched he double checked it and noticed another small leak so he took the entire tire off to make it right. He was meticulous and thorough! Much appreciated. We highly recommend Ace Auto Repair & Tires!

I towed my car to ACE AUTO REPAIR & TIRES on Monday around 9:15 AM due to brake issues. They kept my car for two days and were still unable to find or fix the problem. During this time, the mechanic asked me to buy the part myself, which I did, but it did not solve the issue at all. I picked up my car today at 10:00 AM and immediately took it to another mechanic. He then asked me to pay $150 for diagnostics, but when I asked what the actual issue was, he said they don’t know. I don’t understand how I’m expected to pay for diagnostics when no diagnosis was provided. After that, he kept calling me, and when I called him back, he was rude and denied calling me at all. This was a complete waste of time and money and caused unnecessary stress. Very unprofessional service. I would not recomm

I was in a bad spot in Woodland ,Ca on a trip back home to Oregon from Rubicon. Clutch fan failed on my tow rig. It was a Sunday and I had called many shops before finding Ace Auto on google. 1 phone call and they were willing to help. They got me back on the road in no time and were great to deal with. Hard to find honest people who will help a guy in need at a moments notice. I would be a customer if I lived closer for sure. Thanks again -Ryan

Very happy with my experience at Ace Auto! Moon answered the phone and was helpful in giving options for my cars needs. When I arrived he had even found more options to help save me a little money. The work was done timely and well and I will most certainly be bringing mine and my wife’s cars here from now on. Moon is the best! Blessings

I was in the middle of a work day, driving to an appointment. A loose bolt popped off underneath the car, causing a horrible noise at anything but very slow speeds. I was able to see the loose undercarriage piece when I looked under the car. I was able to limp the car to my appointment, as I wasn’t far away, but the rest of my day was in jeopardy. Fortunately, my appointment was very nearby and I was able to walk in and ask if they could help me. He was not only very friendly and took my car in right away, fixing the issue in just a few minutes with a new bolt, but also told me I didn’t have to pay anything. I had to twist his arm to give him $20! Well worth it since he saved the rest of my day. Amazing customer service, and I consider myself very lucky to have had the issue right down the
