Just a bit of a cautionary tail. I originally took my vehicle to a dealership for an oil and filter change. The dealership’s mechanic quoted me an $1800 repair for the vehicle. I then took my vehicle to Ace automotive and Fuel Systems. They did a thorough search and determine that no such problem existed.. Great job guys

I can NOT say enough good things about this joint! Current issue: 13Nov24, Was in San Mateo having lunch with a customer. Go out to my trusty 04 Dodge Sprinter 3500. She starts and dies. I had the 04 towed to MBZ dealer in San Jose at almost $650.00. Call my advisor and he says maybe Monday 18Nov24... I understand that they are busy. But in general, the dealer has no sense of urgency! This is my work truck. No work, no eat, unhappy customers that do not care that my truck does not run... I Think, think think and then the light comes on and I call Ace and get somebody that seems to give a shit about another person. He said that they are busy but get it towed over and they will look at it between other projects. Another $300.00 in towing. Ace ACTUALLY calls me to say my 04 is adorning their

I had them rebuild an old Holley carb for a 1968 International Harvester Travelall. The carb looks beautiful and they skillfully addressed all the issues on the old carb. I'll be installing it the next few weeks and will update once on the car, but from the looks of it, I think it will be a big improvement. Friendly and helpful! Paul Update 5-28-2025. I installed the newly rebuilt carb, replacing the old, incorrect carb that was on the vehicle. Night and day difference! I daily drive my 1968 International Harvester Travelall and with this newly rebuilt, correct carb, it drives so much better. No more hesitation under acceleration and no more stalling out when not fully warmed up. It is such a joy to drive now and not the hard work to drive that it used to be. THANK YOU, ACE!

Brought my '78 Datsun B210 to them for some idle issues and tune up. They diagnosed the issue with the carb, cleaned it up, tuned the car, and fixed/notated any other issues they came across during their time with the car. Communication was amazing, work was impeccable, and staff is extremely friendly and caring. 100% recommend Ace for any carburetor/engine problems, I wont be taking my cars anywhere else.
