Had such a great experience! The customer service was great, they communicated and explained the process to the best of their abilities. When I changed my pick up time they were accommodating. When I picked up my car they explained everything that was done and any follow up steps. No one likes being in car accidents and by far the process with them was the most seamless compared to everything else I’ve had to do for it.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had with any auto shop. Omar worked with me directly and was so helpful and Respectful! He worked around my schedule and kept me updated. He also fixed my fuel door and covered scratches around the truck as a courtesy. I also received the vehicle is perfect condition. It looks brand new on the inside and the out! I would highly Recommend this shop to anyone!

Terrible experience. The fender was replaced and painted. But they couldn't align the front bumber properly and the fender was not put on properly the first time. Omar tudu gave me every excuse possible why it couldn't get done right. Such as the vehicle was in the accident from the dealership and blamed on the parts and the insurance request those parts. They scratched the headlight a bit and bumber. And when I was picking up the car the woman at the front desk said that if I wanted a new car I should by a new car. How about if you are a body shop why don't act like a body shop act like one and fix the car properly. Had to take the car somewhere else to have the bumber properly aligned. My best advice is to your car somewhere else. But if you do bring here take lots of photos and inspect
