This repair shop is outstanding. Professional, polite, friendly and completely honest. The work on my Chevy was done on time and the price was very reasonable. The owner is a young man who clearly takes pride in his business, and his customer service is exceptional. I appreciate this place a lot and trust them fully with my car.

Called a bunch of times..1st time after a bot had me press 1 it eventually transferred to someone but they must've been muted so I asked them to hang up so I could try again and called 3 more times and nothing..went somewhere else..2026 get a 90s answering machine if ya gotta but something..I mean dmn..👎

Bob got me in for a next day inspection and it was a super fast and easy process. He was super friendly and I definitely recommend. Thank you!

This place is a time machine...in a good way. Dude is a character for sure...if what he's saying confuses you in any way, chances are he's messing with you. I was just getting an inspection and he told me to have a seat (behind his desk) and told me to get to work writing up work orders and sorting parts. When another customer came in, I had to explain "I don't actually work here, lemme get the guy." When he came in he said "sorry about my assistant here...he can't seem to keep up." Hahaha! I could do without the pro-Trump pro-gun dumb signs & posters, but hey sometimes we see things differently. After I paid we sat and talked for a few minutes before he had to get back to work. Dude is a legend...support local business!

This is best Auto Shop in Syracuse. Genuine price very cheap and people are so nice here totally friendly ✌🏻 I went firestone for my headlight bulb change they ask for $400+ for that then i came here they done that under $200 with oil and filter change. ❤️
