Ruined my car. I took my car to them twice and my car was returned to me in worse condition. I recently discovered a cut tube under my hood that was poorly taped together with ELECTRICAL TAPE. One service was over $900. The fact that I found any tape in my car is just malpractice and shady. They also scrathed up my car plus someone hit it. This resulted in me losing my front license plate. 10/10 would never come back without a lawyer.

I went in to get my brakes fixed and the mechanic who helped me out explained to me what there going to be doing to my car and showed me on my car what was wrong and why they needed to fix it. I got my car back the same day and for an amazing price considering other mechanic places were overcharging. I’ve had no problems driving my car and overall had an excellent experience here I’m definitely coming again for any future problems on my car.

Terrible service! Took my car here to get a diagnostic test ran on it, ended up charging $700 for that, $300 for a battery and $300 for a starter (understandable) then they removed the catalytic converters without notifying me and charged me a extra $700 because they saw I had my own business. As a shop owner myself No shop should be removing parts on your car without notifying you of the price, and getting your approval! I agreed to pay the $1400, then they threw on an extra $150 because I wasn’t able to pick up the car being of the roads being iced. NOT HOW YOU TREAT A CLIENT THAT IS SPENDING $2000 with you!

I took my truck in because it was making a noise. They charged me $80 to check it, and the diagnosis was a noise in the transmission, and that it had to be removed, and the repair was going to cost between $1800 dls and $2300 dls, I took it to another place, and it was something else, and it cost me $300 dls. She should also respond to bad comments, not just when people post things she likes.
