ACE Towing

I contacted my insurance and the sent out a tow truck from Ace Towing LLC. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The employees were incredibly rude and treated me and my family as if we were inconveniencing them for a service that they provide and that we paid for. The first thing the driver asked me was about the rate. He wanted to know if I was paying their rate or a different rate. I told him I went through my insurance and paid the amount I was told to pay. After this, the whole interaction with this company was horrible. First, he claims he isn’t able to locate my car. We gave the location of the car, and the location of surrounding buildings so that he would have more than enough information to find the vehicle. He calls back from a location 4-5 miles f

Ray was absolutely amazing! He arrived quickly, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made a stressful situation so much easier and handled my vehicle with great care. His customer service was top-tier and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. Ray H was great ! I was locked out he got in my car within 1 minutes. My key fob was also dead and not responding to my car.. he was able to reprogram it to my car and have me on way ! Customer service was amazing !

As a business owner, I had never needed to have a stranger’s car towed, but after 48 hours of occupying one of my six parking spaces that vehicle needed to go! Ace made things quick and easy, arriving 15 minutes after I called.

My towing was coordinated through State Farm roadside assistance. Philip was quick to arrive on the scene, and I appreciated being provided with a link to see his location. He attempted to drop our van off at the local Chrysler dealership, but the entrance gates were closed (it was late evening). Philip was nice enough to take our van to their Huntsville lot instead, store it overnight, and then take the van to the dealership the next day. A+ service!
