Staff was excellent an informative. Receptionist was the best she really made my experience better. Got an oil change an they checked my transmission fluid levels, also let me kno of a tire issue upon further review.

I had a complete transmission replacement on a 2015 GMC pickup, at about 155,000 miles. As you might guess, it was serious sticker shock. However, I went ahead with the work and I am glad that I did. I needed my truck back quickly and they said they could get me back on the road that same week, which they did. I took it in on a Monday morning and had it back late Friday. I have been driving with the reman transmission for a week or so and everything is great. I also did some comparison research on what my repair "should cost". Ace was right on target with the total price, especially when I consider the 3-year warranty and that I was only out of my vehicle for 5 days. Great place if you’re having transmission problems. They took their time to diagnose exactly what my problem was and fixed it very quickly. Jason did a fantastic job explaining the process. Don’t get your transmission fixed until you call ACE and speak with Jason. You won’t be at all disappointed! 5+ stars

Ace is and will always a be top notch experience. on limited budget. came through on dodge dart transmission issue. other shops said parts to fix were hard to get or not available. this shop offered repair with used transmission and worked with us veteran discount and well above and beyond. mt dart lives but always reminds me that fiat owns dodge now

I had a great experience at this shop! Showed up, got helped, was told it would be an hour but only waited 30 minutes. The guy at the front desk (I'm sorry I can't remember his name) had really good soft skills and I eavesdropped on a difficult conversation that he handled very professionally. Very impressed with all aspects of service. Will be taking my car here from now on.
