Aces Performance Exhaust

I wanted a x pipe, H pipe set up. No cats on my 01 5.0 explorer. When no shop i called would do it, these guys accepted the challenge and absolutely crushed it. Awesome customer service, guy at the front desk was very nice and very informative. Gave me an accurate quote before final payment. Guys that made the exhaust dod a fantastic job welding it all up and making it sound incredible. All around an amazing business. Good job guys.

Wow, great customer service, above and beyond. I was inquiring about just a simple muffle upgrade, to provide my truck with a little umph, but was advised to go and listen to YouTube on the exhaust system out there. I called ahead and clearly explained over the phone what I wanted done to my vehicle, a full cat-back system. The person I spoke with gave me a quote for that before I ever came in. I showed up about 30 minutes later (an hour before closing) and met with the same employee. At the shop, the only thing we discussed was which exhaust tips I wanted. The problem came after the work was done. I looked at my vehicle and saw that the resonator had not been removed, even though I specifically explained that over the phone. Instead, I was charged $450 just to remove the mufflers and install tips. When I pointed out the issue, the employee acted as if we had never discussed removing the resonator and dismissed my concern, making it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
