Achin's Garage

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company (Achin’s) through AAA. This is my second encounter with this specific driver, and both experiences were highly unprofessional. BUT most importantly when I called AAA to file a complaint and say I don’t ever want Achin’s to tow my car or for any services, AAA told me that this is NOT an uncommon request!! Achin’s has been black listed by a ton of people. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE!!! The primary issues were: • Refusal of Service: Despite spending hours clearing snow to make the vehicle accessible, the driver refused to change the tire or perform the tow. I even offered a tip to accommodate the light rain, but he remained in his truck for 30 minutes without assisting. • Property Damage: While maneuvering, the driver backed

Recently I was on the way to a conference in Providence from Stoneham Ma and broke down in North Attleboro. It was a Super stressful time but achin’s garage came to the rescue quickly. I had the pleasure of Kyle coming to help me out and tow my car. He is super professional and helped make the situation easier and brighter. He was concerned with my vehicle and situation and took great care loading my vehicle and finding out what was wrong. I didn’t have the pleasure of them fixing my vehicle since I needed to tow it back home to the Northshore but this is a business I would want to support and deal with if that was the case. I highly recommend this business!!

My dad passed away and they came and picked up his car to get it ready for me to sell. They came as soon as I called them. Donnie was so kind and spoke so highly of my father. It made me feel so comfortable and good to bring his car there for one last tuneup. It was done so quickly. Under the price that was estimated. It ran so beautifully and was delivered back to the house the next day. It’s a great local garage that’s been in our Town for as long as I’ve been here. I highly recommend them.

Very appreciative to Mike A. for helping me out today and arriving within 20 minutes of my call to AAA to tow my car. It ended up being an issue with the battery, which I was able to have repaired at the dealership. Very grateful for the help today and had to leave a 5 star review to shout out the driver who helped me out. Thank you Mike!!!
