I got my tires here done twice. The manager and Paul were really nice to me. I can totally see why some people get a bit sensitive. I get it, these guys might be blunt and direct but they get their job done! I was mad at first too, but I cannot deny the fact that they GET THE JOB DONE. Mechanics are not known to sugarcoat things. They’ll be straight up to you about the problems. Thank you PAUL :) for making sure my car drive-able. I love you.

I stopped there and made an appointment for a sound I was hearing for the last three days.i thought it might be the bearings.high pitched sound while driving.Jeff the manager after having a tech diagnose said it was the front brakes. I would need new pads and new rotors,since rotors can no longer be cut as old days.for both front wheels on my rougue 2019 sport 4wd,about 636.00 dollars,his best offer.it sounded odd to me that it would be the brakes when the sound was when I was driving.I was a loyal customer of this shop when Jerry owned it for about 20 years at least.I went to another shop and the brakes were great,the pads hardly worn.The noise for now has subsided!!!but how could the shop manager tell me it was rust on my rotors making the noise.Jeff what was the 636.00 dollars for.Don

Truck owners be careful, the lifetime warranty is not lifetime. If you have a factory lift package, Wrangler Rubicon, Chevy ZR2/GMC AT4, Ram Rebel, Toyota TRD, etc. they will cancel your lifetime package without a refund. Unless you escalate to the owner and get a partial refund like I did. I have a 2017 Chevy Colorado ZR2, bought a lifetime alignment package in February. No issues. Came back a couple of weeks ago for another alignment, was told my package was being cancelled when I picked up my truck because it is lifted. It has a factory ZR2 lift package-- they even confirmed with the Chevy dealership. Acorn said the employee who sold me the alignment package made a mistake. My issue is that 1. I brought my vehicle in for a wheel alignment after replacing tires. No proper inspection was done before the first alignment, and unsurprisingly, the car still pulled and did not drive straight afterward. I returned a second time, waited about 20 minutes, and was told everything was all set. Unfortunately, the problem remained exactly the same. I came back a third time, and at that point I was told that they had already mentioned I needed a CV axle replacement, which was not true and had never been mentioned to me before. We have only taken our 2022 Palisade to Acorn. They are not pushy about maintenance or upgrades during oil changes. They have always given us a fair deal.
