The mechanic is very unresponsive took 2 days to hear back about my car, then when i did i get a ridiculous quote. So i decide to pick up my car the next day at 10am nobody is there but one girl who is of no help only job is to answer phones. She tells me the mechanic played hooky from work and isnt answering the phone so she had to call someone else to come move the cars blocking mine but they apparently live 20mins away. Do not go here unless you want very slow, untrustworthy service. My car is the one being blocked by the tan and sliver car. Its took 40mins for them to come move the cars. Also they will lie about what they told you on the phone they claim they quoted me $90 for a diagnostic test but they didnt they never told me that on the phone and the girl in front is clueless about

Juan did an awesome job getting my car back home. The service was done in a timely manner and was relatively inexpensive. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. If I ever need towing again I will use their service.

Great customer service. Needed a tow, lady on the phone was awesome, we were even laughing by the end of the call which is not easy when your car is broken down. Driver was great and we shared some laughs as well. A+ service.

Don't call these people for a tow I called to get my Lexus towed they took down all my info told me they would be here in 40 mins then never showed and stopped answering the phone also they overpriced someone else came and did the tow for 15$ less
