Absolute worst place to do business with. They will take your money and sell you cars with numerous issues. I’ve had my car for 6 months and it’s had nothing but major problems since day one. They’ve done absolutely nothing to help, other than claiming they “fixed” the issues I brought up — yet the very same day I got my car back, it was doing all the exact same things. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating experience. Please do not get yourself in the same situation I did. To add to y’all’s response To clarify, my contract start date is 6/16/25, which makes the timeframe 7 months, not 18 months. I am unclear how the 18-month figure was determined. THE BEST IN TOWN! Every step of the process of finding our next trusted family vehicle was a breeze and truly became fun after simply inquiring on a vehicle we seen passing by. We felt like family after it was all said and done, all the way down to them reaching out to be sure I made it home safe in my new ride! Mike took the time to send info on it along with a few others similar they had available. We never felt pressured, rushed or forced in anyway. Well yet again mike at A.C.T AutoBrokers has done it. My wife and I went down and traded in our vehicles that we bought over 3yrs ago from them and got new ones and are hands down the best ones yet. If you’re looking for a great deal at an awesome, no pressure used car lot with honest & kind sales people then this is the place for you! We came here after reading all of the great things that everyone had to say about this place & as soon as we walked thru the door & started telling Mike what we were looking for & gave him our budget he started trying to find us the perfect one. Mike went above & beyond trying to help us out! After he showed us a few options & answered all of our questions we went home for a few days & did some research on the different cars they had. We decided on one that we really liked & came back today to check it out again & test drive it & ended up falling in love with it & we drove home tonight with this awesome car knowing that we made the right decision!

Been dealing with Act Auto brokers for 2 1/2 years trying to pay off a family member’s vehicle when almost close to it vehicle was involved in an accident, which was not our fault had to deal with the insurance company which hobbie and Deb helped leaving us only being able to pay off vehicle. Hobbie was very helpful and understanding, and and professional, helping me figure out what I could, and could not be able to handle he got me in this vehicle below in an efficient amount of time. Miss Deb upfront was also very efficient and professional, and answering all questions and concerns that I had. I would recommend doing business with them. They treat you like family.
