Action Auto Body did a great job fixing a significant dent in my Subaru Impreza. They handled a lengthy insurance conversation and kept me informed throughout the process. I used them in the past for a dent in a Toyota and they did a great job then as well. Glad to see they are still doing good work. :)

I have used Action Auto Body a few times for work on my car (twice getting hit by inattentive drivers). I cannot recommend them enough! They themselves have been very low-stress to deal with; wonderful and thorough communication, made sure I understood what needed to happen and my options, and the finished work was beautifully done (in the case of the first experience, this last time around my car ended up a total loss but they were still great through the process). In my experience, they provided above and beyond customer service and I'm so grateful for how kind everyone there was. These kinds of situations come with a lot of stressful variables, but dealing with these guys was not one of them.

I really appreciated their friendly, service, detailed explanations, and attention to detail. We had some body work done from a light accident, they made the whole process very smooth and the car looks great. Fresh paint, wash, and they took pains to match the decal that needed replaced. Looks almost brand new. Driven for a week and haven't had any issues.

Action Auto Body is fantastic! I purchased a rebuilt Mazda CX-30 that had an airbag sensor warning. I took it to three different mechanics—two refused to work on it, and the third wanted to charge a hefty fee for a “second-level inspection” just to diagnose the issue. Looking for a second opinion, someone recommended Action Auto Body, so I made an appointment. They got me in within three business days. I explained everything to Chad, and he took the time to walk me through the rear-end damage in detail. He went over every visible issue and gave me his honest opinion—something none of the other places offered. Action Auto Body goes above and beyond on everything they do! They made this whole process so smooth. I am so glad I found them and will now only use them for any body work needed in the future. Chad kept me in the loop the whole time he had my vehicle. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he took the time to call me on a weekend to talk about options and made sure to talk with the adjuster to make sure everything I wanted was met.
