Had my transfer case go out, called them up talked to Tony. Gave me a great deal on it. Picked it up the same day. Everything worked out great. Brought my car back and got a refund on the core in no time at all we’ll definitely use them in the future if needed.

I read several negative reviews, that claimed lies and cheats with no evidence to their claims, simply attaching a photo of a screenshot (email or listing) or recorded audio of they're numerous phone combinations? I know Terry Brink (The owner) personally, stating this could jeopardize my review to be considered Bias to the ignorant, but the less adolescent minds will understand it only strengthens my claims. I work for a company that repairs collision cars and when insurance tell us to order from this place. Would be great if I would ever get an answer. I've called 24 times now today not a single answer, completely unprofessional left a call back number 12 different times not answer. Do Not Use This Company, they will not reach back out, nor answer the phone. Been at it with this company for a good 3 months

I work in the collision repair industry, and salvage parts are critical to us in getting quality used OE parts to repair cars instead of poor fitting aftermarket parts. Tony at Action Recyclers is always on point getting me what they have, and calling me back in a timely fashion if the parts I needed were not in good enough condition to use, and to look for an alternative. This company is dishonest. I never received my core refund, even after waiting and reaching out. They take your money but do not keep their promises. Avoid doing business with them.
