Action Auto Repair

I drove to Phoenix from Prescott and noticed an issue with my vehicle. I was on a timeline to get back to Prescott. I called they said bring it in, and we will get you right back and take care of it. That they sure did!! They got me straight in, took care of the issue, and I was on my way! Anderson the technician was Fabulous, a true asset to your business!! I am in the customer service field, and I will say I am impressed with Action Auto Repair!! Definitely recommend them. THANK YOU!

Whenever I go to Action Auto, Shy The young lady at the desk is always very polite and very very helpful. The mechanics seem to know exactly what needs to be done to my car and they take very good care of my car. If the insurance doesn’t cover it they are reasonably priced so I always feel comfortable when I go in that I will be able to afford the work that was done.

I've been going to Action Auto since 1995. I trust them and they help me keep my 2006 Dodge Charger SRT running in tip top shape. Johnny and Cheyenne are awesome and amazing getting an appt set up for me, keeping me informed about my car's needs and making every customer feel welcomed and so much more. Tonya will provide transportation to where you need to go while your vehicle is being worked on. Luke is a top mechanic who can work on any type of vehicle. I highly recommend Action Auto.

I brought my 1994 ford mustang gt convertible in to have some tire work done and Actio Auto Repair did an awesome job! Not only is my car driving straighter than ever, but it was even a little bit less than they originally quoted me. I think i found my new mechanic in Phoenix! Thanks team!
