I'm so thankful for Action Automotive for many reasons. First of all, they are thorough with vehicle maintenance. They get you in quickly when scheduling your routine oil changes and such and always fully inspect everything. But recently my alternator and battery kaput with no warning. As many have experienced, this turns life upside down very quickly! We all rely on our vehicles to get through every single day (especially as a single mom of 4) so I was all out of sorts and desperate for help. They got me in right away and had so much compassion for my personal situation. They fixed everything at a reasonable price and went the extra mile for me. My husbands radiator was busted (assuming) I had called around to multiple places and they just made me go through hoops without even seeing our car (or listening to me) Also they were not very nice. When I called Casey was amazing!!!! (Hope I’m spelling the name right) she was amazing!!! Made me feel so comfortable asked the right questions. Told us what to do for the time being because it was right before thanksgiving so we understood we had to wait etc… but as soon as Monday came around they fit us into their schedule!!!car was only gone for a day. Price was comfortable my husband challenger got a new radiator. My husband loves his car!!! Haha so he was skeptical. But she drives like a beast now. Needed emergency car service while I was passing through Colorado. Read great reviews about this shop, decided to give them a try—best decision! These folks are not only friendly, they are honest and thorough. I was so informed about every aspect of the examination and repair process that it sometimes felt like I was part of the crew (even took me into the bay to show me what was wrong and how the issues were diagnosed). I needed pretty extensive work on my car's fuel system. Every finding and recommendation was explained to me, and it was made clear to me what should be addressed ASAP and what could wait. They asked me questions about how I used my vehicle and tailored their advice based on my real needs. They even worked late to make sure I had my vehicle back as soon as possible. And t

We discovered a small host of issues on a used vehicle for our newly licensed son. We brought it to the friendly and professional folks at Action Auto and they quickly diagnosed our problems and helped us develop a plan to get our car up to speed! Great quality of work at a great value! Nice to have a place I know I can trust!

I brought my car in to have it looked at for an overheating issue. I had originally had it towed to a shop that installed a new thermostat and water pump a few months back thinking this might be the problem. The shop was unable to find the problem and it overheated on the way home again with no diagnosis, leaving me to find someone else to look at it. Action Auto was referred to me so I brought it in and they determined that it was in fact the thermostat. While I was charged a diagnostic fee, they thoroughly checked everything out and were very kind and communicative with me. I did have it towed back to the other shop as I was under warranty. I would, however, use Action Auto in the future as I liked their service and feel like they are very honest.
