Surprised and impressed with their kindness, expertise and service. I had a very challenging experience with another glass chain that is the registered partner with AllState. Essentially my car was seen by them for the same issue three times - they replaced the glass but the window wouldn't roll all the way up. They said, including the Sr. Tech (a very nice guy) that the motor was bent out of shape and needed to be adjusted or replaced and they couldn't do it. So many hours on the phone trying to get assigned to another glass shop under the same coverage. Finally i was approved to go to Action Glass. Theresa was friendly and knowledgeable. The technician replaced the faulty gasket for my windshield the next day, and they had a replacement on site in case the original got damaged during the removal process. Very professional shop. I highly recommend them.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service we have always received over the years at Action Glass in Concord. Recently, my driver’s window was broken and luckily they were able to work with my insurance company and get me scheduled for a repair that day. Debi & Theresa in the office have always been very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The young man who did the work even got broken glass out of my seatbelt clip so I could wear my seatbelt home. If you are looking for a reputable auto glass shop, look no further, this is it!

Jordan, the installer was very friendly and did a great job. The glass looks great. The scheduler was also great. I’m don’t remember her name, but the receipt says Theresa took all our insurance information. She was so friendly and even left a little note on my receipt wishing me luck with my cancer treatments- I had told her I wasn’t sure that my radiation treatments were going to be at the same time every day when I was making the appointment.

I have work in the Auto Body industry for more than 20 years- and Action Glass has been my choice for glass work many years. They are locally owned and operated. The people that work there are amazing and super friendly. Fair pricing, quick service, and on time. If you need auto glass- give them a call, I highly recommend them.
