Action Glass of New Milford

Had a custom shower stall door installed in my Summer cottage. I called them and they got back to me within a couple of business days. They are pretty busy but professional and punctual too. Within a week of my inquiry I had a knowledgeable employee come take measurements. I was told custom glass could take a few weeks. I also called to get an update and they even have an answering service on the weekend. My scheduled install date was about 3 or 4 weeks after my original call. The door was only about 10% to 15% more than those quoted by local big box stores. However the quality is way better. The guys who installed it are very professional, tidy and knowledgeable. Very helpful, great service and prices for replacing panes in our barn windows and doors as well as mirrors in our antique medicine cabinets. Not sure what the 1 star was about...anyone can be caught on a bad day. Totally shallow and self-entitled of the reviewer to complain. Maybe she/he should have been polite and said, you know what, I will call you back at a better time.

I used them for custom shower doors. Unbelievable price, quality, and the men were so kind and professional (Ryan owner). The bad review/one star is nothing like my own experience. I deal with all of the trades and for my own home I was sooo happy to use Action Glass. I do not work with them at all in a construction setting so this is not a kickback review. I would refer them to friends and family if ever the need arises. If you are on the fence, go with Action Glass! I'm sooo glad I did.

They replaced a large picture window that had fogged over. Excellent service. Fast response to initial questions. Very fair pricing. Extremely satisfied with EVERY aspect of their service.
