Action Towing and Repair

They did a professional job, good communication, quick work. I took my truck in for a water pump replacement and they recommended a few additional preventative maintenance items be addressed. Price was fair. All in all it was a good transaction

How nice to deal with such a reputable business. A relative has been a long time well taken care of customer of Action Towing, so when I felt a slight vibration while braking in my Ford Ranger I took it in for a diagnosis. The problem is warped rotors on the front wheels, and while they could have said I need new brakes right away, as I’m sure a dealership would have done and I would have believed because I don’t have the knowledge to know otherwise, they said I might want to wait to replace everything since the brake pads also have to be replaced when replacing the rotors and mine are still perfectly good. As long as I don’t mind the slight vibration I can wait on replacement until the brake pads are worn further. How refreshing. I will be taking my truck there for all of its future needs

I had a problem with the emergency button to my automatic shifter was destroyed and they replaced it they diagnosed the issues of it all and knew what was wrong and they replaced it quickly and efficiently. I enjoy the service and they were very professional with everything they did to my car. I was very happy and they satisfied me very much with their service there. I suggest that anybody looking for a mechanic to go there and use action towing and repair shop, for all your needs. You definitely won't regret it.

Was referred by a family friend after being ran around with other local shops. And despite NOT having the parts instock for my diesel oil change. The tech went his self and picked up what was needed not once but, TWICE for me within 20mins of closing. That's the definition of "proudly serving our community" take note!

Worst customer service ever! Very rude on the phone. They were contacted by my insurance company to provide a tow for me. Took almost 1.5 hours to arrive, which would not have been a big deal, except three different times they said "he's just down the road" when I inquired when he would arrive. When I called the third time, I was old I had better be nice, or the tow truck driver would just turn around and not tow my truck. The worst of it was even though they had the address of the repair shop, I got a call the next day from my repair guy saying my truck never showed up the previous night. WHAT???!!!! I called Action Towing and the guy was so rude, couldn't get a hold of the driver, didn't apologize ever. I had to go find my vehicle myself. DO NOT USE THEM, EVER.
