Let this towing company serve you as a reminder to be absolutely vigilant and considerate of where you park your vehicle. (Ie, making sure you do NOT park anywhere your car could possibly be towed, and ESPECIALLY where this company is the areas go to) $325 base fee, $128 administrative fees, and $88 DAILY FEE for every day your car is in their lot. New driver, first time getting my car towed and it was a whopping four hundred sixty five dollars to release my car on the first day. Overall the release process was fast and simple and the dude running the release process was alright. Watch where you park your car for real.

TERRIBLE service attitude in phone calls also people have been waiting outside for 3 HOURS waiting for the receptionist to get back from her “lunch break” called the number on the door and got told “oh I thought she would of been back already” “ I’ll be there in 10 minutes “ is been more then 10 minutes and we are still waiting outside

Car was just about to be towed and then we got to the place within 5 minutes (we got the notification at 1:53pm and we got there 1:55pm)since the car is tesla and it’s able to check with live cam what is going on with my car through the phone app. The drop fee was $325+Tax however Im sure that there is specific price guideline of towing price in Washington state. This place is a joke and out for people's money. My car was towed when my son parked in a place he shouldn't have. Needless to say his friends car which was new and had no sticker in it yet was parked next to my car but wasn't towed. First off my son called me at 1:20am to tell me my car was towed. He spoke to the tow company. So I then called the tow company to find out how much etc. But no one answered the phone. I then called at 7:55am and a person answered (driver) and told me that the office didn't open until 8:30am. Instead of waiting until 8:30 I called a friend and we drove over there. They had no costs up as to what a tow costs and they went through paperwork and after like 20 minutes later told me the cost would be 449.00. They had the car less then 12 hours they didn't itemized

This isnt a spam account, check out the reviews. Unfortunately had to deal with these guys and got bent over. Tow rates are excessive.. also slightly predatory. Not sure how a person on a low to middle class income could ever afford to get their car out of here, I suppose they often don’t. Had an employee who had one of our vehicles towed in the middle of the night and they didn’t even open until 11AM, at which point I could call in. Lady on the phone was kind enough, but still couldn’t help but feel the almost $500 for a tow as being excessive. Also after reading previous reviews, they seem to correlate with my experience with action towing. We have many companies and around 100 titled vehicles just in the tri cities and I will be spreading the word to every customer, vendor, employee
