Action Towing

Action Towing provided an excellent experience during a stressful situation. Their pricing was fair and transparent, which I truly appreciated. The team was extremely nice, professional, and very accommodating from start to finish. They handled my vehicle with care and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Action Towing to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.

From the very beginning, the customer service I received from the reservationist was outstanding. She was professional, friendly, and helpful, which immediately made us feel confident choosing this company over others. The pricing was also fair and reasonable, which was a big plus. When the technician, Jerome, arrived on site, he was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He handled everything efficiently and with great care. Despite the stressful situation, our overall experience was smooth and positive thanks to the excellent service. We would highly recommend this towing company for anyone in need of reliable and courteous service.

Action towing was great! Jerome showed up when he said he was and the price was very reasonable. Jerome as followed up when the job was done and sent me a picture. Great customer service! Ask for Jerome to get the job done!

Jerome - the truck driver, exceeded my expectations! I had a flat tire at night in the middle of nowhere along the highway, and Jerome superbly and professionally assisted me with calling for Uber transportation. Jerome assured me that he will not leave me alone at night along the highway, and so he waited until Uber arrived to pick me up! As far as I’m concerned, Jerome “walks on water”, period!
