Named appropriately! They jumped into action when my boat trailer became disabled and we weren't able to fix it due to limited parts. It was a Sunday and I called all the big names in the area. No one would help. These guys were great! They were fast and I felt so safe. I'm keeping their info for all my towing in the future. Thank you so much!!

We had a blowout on an enclosed trailer tire 15 minutes outside Marshall TX. After pulling over we discovered the truck hitch was failing as well. We called Action and the dispatcher put us in touch with Eric. Eric gave us an ETA and he showed up well within that time. He lifted the trailer and we changed the tire. He then hauled the trailer back to their lot giving us an opportunity to address to truck hitch issue. We were back on the road the next morning. The service was great, the price very reasonable and Eric was professional and friendly to talk to. Even offering tips to help in the future. Overall a very satisfying experience. Good job Eric! 👍🏻

I think his name is Doug, but could also be Michael 😬either way, he came to my husband’s rescue when his truck wouldn’t work in a Mexican restaurant. Took him 20min to get there. Super friendly and got the job done! Wouldn’t want anyone else coming to the call.
