Acura of Huntington Service & Parts

Luis is the best. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to help fix an issue. Highly recommend him.

I can't recommend Acura of Huntington enough! All the service techs were friendly and clearly knew their stuff. Julian, my service technician, went above and beyond. He listened carefully to my concerns, diagnosed the problem, and offered a solution. Most importantly, he identified a safety hazard I wasn't aware of and advised me not to drive the car. Yancy, the service advisor, was fantastic too. When I inquired about loaner options, she took care of everything right away. Acura of Huntington provided exceptional service, and I hope they continue to impress all their customers.

Warning: Stay far away from Huntington Acura – this dealership is a disgrace, more like a den of scammers than an actual service center. My recent experience with them was beyond awful. I brought my 2019 MDX in for a recall related to a necessary software update, and what a mistake that turned out to be. After their so-called 'repair,' my car's engine check light mysteriously appeared. Strangely, I distinctly remembered having no issues before entrusting my vehicle to this dealership. The check engine light only surfaced after they completed the 'repair,' which, mind you, was just a simple software update. When I raised the concern, they nonchalantly asked me to come back for another appointment and have the audacity to charge a diagnostic fee of $239 per hour. My car, with only 19,300 m

A dealership you can trust. I have been doing service here. It's always easy to make appointments online. Not playing tricks.

Dealt with Luis, was easy to work with got me in and out fairly quickly. Would deff recommend.
