Acura of Peoria Service

If you have service done here make sure to check that the work was done. I brought the car in for a tire rotation and oil change. The tires were not rotated but claimed to have been. I have markings on my tires (see pictures below) which were in the same location on the car when it was returned to me. That’s how I can be certain that the work was not done. As for the oil change, no way to verify if it was done. I don’t have confidence that any work was done on the car.

I can’t say enough nice things about the service I received. I had my Acura towed to this location after experiencing some mechanical issues. Steven was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to make an unfortunate and costly situation as pleasant and bearable as possible. They got my car in to be diagnosed right away, they were transparent about service and pricing, and the cost of service was fair. It was no problem getting a loaner vehicle, and my car was fixed completely in an extremely timely manner. Steven constantly communicated the status of my vehicle. I had a really bad week leading up to this interaction and I was really upset about my car breaking down in the middle of all of it. I genuinely appreciate and am grateful for my overall experience and the way I was treated

Worst Acura dealership I have ever been to. Service department is a joke, tells you one thing and does something else. Took my RDX there for AC by the time I got it back it had transmission issues, I voiced it but nothing happened. I wanted to upgrade to a MDX but I can never trust them again. Made me hate my fav make of cars. 0 stars, 100% DON'T RECOMMEND

Service advisors are crooks they cheat people make up things that aren’t wrong with your vehicle straight theives! Who take advantage of the elderly or customers in general. May of 2016 had my trim molding pieces on my front window frame replaced due to a factory recall the technician while installing the 2 separate pieces stepped on one broke it! I was sitting in the waiting room for over 4 hours while he drove to Tempe Acura to retrieve the new piece cause Peoria wasn’t in stock? The technician cracked my front windshield on my passenger side after installing the new pieces! Had to take my car back for a New windshield to Peoria Acura afterwards my windshield was leaking air, had to take my car back again at first they didn’t want to fix what they damaged also the technician spilled blac
