Acura of Pleasanton Service Center

Art welcomed me at his desk, no waiting, gave my name and he pulled up the information for my 2016.RDX. Art kept me updated at regular intervals regarding the timing and was on schedule when completed. I’m a dog trainer and I have 2 dogs who love running through puddles. They went above and beyond my expectations. No more muddy paw prints, nose prints or loose fur.They did an excellent job and so far my experiences have been above the 5 star rating. Thank you Art, and the service guys. It was as close to clean as it was when I drove it off the lot.

Just had my car serviced here and a guy named Art Mejia was my customer service rep. Art has excellent customer service skills. He really knows how to talk to customers and build rapport with people. Finds commonalities with people to give that personal touch to conversations. Was a great experience on just getting my car serviced, makes me want to request him on every service appointment my Acura needs. Acura also gave me a ride back to my house through lyft and picked me up at no cost. Also received a video of the technician going through my car and explaining what they did. All in all a great experience with Acura Pleasanton Service

The service department at Acura of Pleasanton continues to impress, from my preferred service advisor Marisol Arvizu and through the entire department. I have been purchasing and servicing cars at this dealership for 20 years. I recently had my son's 2009 Honda Accord (that we purchased used at this Acura dealership 10 years ago) in for a couple of services; one of which was a more major service. Even though we have local Honda dealers and shops closer to home, I always trust their honesty, and that they will do the job right the first time. My time is important to me, and they understand that by taking excellent care of both this car and my Acura RDX. Thanks Marisol!!
