*** DO NOT GO HERE *** 09/03 : texted Jeff and asked to bring my car to his shop and get an oil change, new brake pads, new tires, alignment, rotation. The works. 09/06 : took it in and got it done, cost $600. 09/10 : drove into my parking garage at work and my breaks stopped working. Got out, smelt something burning and saw smoke. The picture attached is what my rotor looked like. I had to go back and forth to get them to agree to come get my car towed from my job to their shop and have it looked at/fixed. From 09/10 - 09/23 : they had my car and would NEVER give me updates. Ignored my calls, texts, everything. The owner who wouldn’t give me his name admitted to me via phone call (I have the recording) that something broke/popped off when he was replacing my break pads and just pushe

Aurelio the owner is the best, most knowledgeable, and most honest mechanic I have ever been to. My entire family has been using him for years and we tell everyone who needs car repairs to come here for service work. Best shop in town bar none!

Got my shift part fixed and asked if everything was okay, got upset with me for asking , first time in there and my last time, needs to work on his customer service it’s was just a question, if he was bother to do it then don’t do it, I can find someone else that wants my business.
