Adam’s Complete Auto Repair is hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic. From the start, I felt comfortable and respected, which is rare in auto shops. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly in a way that actually made sense, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The work was done thoroughly and professionally, and I could tell they genuinely care about doing things right, not just getting cars in and out. I appreciated how honest and straightforward they were about what my car needed and what could wait. That kind of integrity builds real trust. It’s such a relief to have a shop I feel confident going back to. Highly recommend if you want quality work and people who treat you well, not just another bill.

This review is to report a bogus charge of $1,501.67 for unnecessary repairs performed on my car. On September 12, 2025, my car was towed to Adam’s Complete Auto Repair shop. Instead of diagnosing the car problem, the shop performed repairs based on the recommendation of the tow truck driver. I am not a mechanic. However, the owner incredibly insisted that I decided what my car needed. The repairs that were done to my car did not fix the problem. I later took my car to the Jeep dealer, who correctly diagnosed and repaired the actual problem. In addition to the unnecessary repairs, I was unlawfully charged a credit card fee. Under California law, a business must inform the customer of this charge before work is authorized, not at check out payment time like was done with me. Furthermor

This is my go to spot for all of my car repairs!! Before coming to Adam’s, I used to just rely on my manufacturers service center, but Adam’s not only provides better quality service with a faster turnaround time, but they also provide incredibly reasonable prices and ethical recommendations. For exemplar, My manufacturer recommended that I needed tire alignment and that it would cost me up to $190. When going to Adam’s, instead of also saying that I needed a wheel alignment and grabbing that extra money, they looked at my car and said that it was not needed. Not only are they reliable and wonderful automotive workers, they are also kind and amazing people. I would give them 100 stars if possible!

I want to start off this review by thanking Adam’s for reminding me that there are still good people out there, here to help you. I’m very happy and grateful for the services I had done, I was quoted way too much at another shop and recommended by 2 different people "Go to Adam’s!" Adam’s was able to help me get me back on the road next day with the ability to still buy groceries and rent. (And come back for more work) All light hearted jokes aside, I am very thankful for the team at Adam’s for getting me back on the road safe with a new control arm and bushings!

The staff at Adam's is very professional and efficient. They went above and beyond what I normally would expect from a neighborhood auto repair shop and my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I will be going back for all of my future repairs and recommending them to my family and friends.
