HIGHLY RECOMEND. (Military recommended) I'm an Active Duty Marine who had a serious fender bender in the beginning of May and had to report back to base by the end of the month. I told Adan's my scenario, and the owner decided to take care of me when everyone in Roswell turned me away. Their customer service was awesome and always kept me informed when they had to do something. Overall, they are a family buisness that cares about their costumers and their welfare, and for that, with a stellar job, I give them 5 stars and a recommendation for anyone who needs work done. (For those wondering why the headlight is different, USAA is terrible about covering things that are not broken yet mismatched just to save their pennies) Thank you Adan's and God bless everyone for their hardwork.✝️❤️☦️

Someone backed into my rear right door at the grocery store. I decided to pay out of pocket and two other places offered to fix and paint the door for a hefty price. Adan's offered to to the door and fix my sun-baked mirrors and spot correct small stone chips in the hood for much less. I was very hesitant to go with it as the price difference was a lot less. I decided to take my chances and either be happy or learn the life-lesson of "you get what you pay for". After a few good reviews on FB, one bad review from a co-worker, a month of waiting for my appointment (which they initially lost the paperwork of and didn't remember me, but that got resolved no problem), and one phone call raising the price claiming my paint costs extra to match compared to other cars (made me cautious again

"Beware of this company! They went out of their way to scam me just to get a little bit of money. I had to get a lawyer involved to avoid paying the unjust charges. It's been a stressful and frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs."and seriously, look at the reviews before you actually do it. Most of them are fake unfortunately. And this took eight weeks to get my car completely finished seriously I would NOT AT ALL recommend no one go to this place unless you actually know what’s gonna get done and you have an adjuster I had to get two insurance adjusters just to get the job done SADLY and I hope everyone that does deal with them understands. They will hold your vehicle until you sign a power of attorney. GOOD LUCK

BEWARE! Adan's held our car for 8 weeks to repair the bumper that was damaged in an accident where the other driver was at fault. After ordering wrong parts, delays in ordering parts, doubling the original quoted price for repairs, insisting that we pay $1000 out of pocket as a down-payment for parts, then lying to us, we had to get an attorney involved before they would release our car to us!

We took our van here for repairs after an accident and the work they did was great. They got everything fixed and lined back up perfectly. As we were looking at the repair, we opened the back hatch and noticed that they had cleaned out the cargo area and had stacked everything nicely. Once we got in we noticed they had detailed the inside of the van! Everything looked good and it smells like a new car again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a repair. They are booked out pretty far, but it was worth the extra wait.
