Absolutely amazing service! My wife and I were traveling and were far from home and had to stop here. The staff was super friendly and we had a great conversation while we waited. Tanya and Jess, the office managers were remarkable. We were traveling with our newborn and they made us super comfortable and helped accommodate during our wait. I also loved interacting with Peanut the shop dog. Highly recommend if you are in the area or have car troubles like also. We can't thank them enough!

My Adkins adventure started with Jess Wachter, SR VP of Customer Services Support & Quality Assurance. She was very polite, professional and thoroughly explained everything in terms even a Darganite could understand. The scheduled maintenance began on time and was completed by certified automotive mechanical engineers, whose work was so efficient it reminded me of Big V’s straight and narrow on the yee ole Z-Turn. Finally, and most important, the quality care and customer service I received was affordable. I would highly recommend Adkins to everyone. On a fun note, while I waited on my vehicle, I walked the mile and a half trail around the compound and met Ronald, the Deputy Chief of Ground Maintenance and Put-Put Club Cleansing. I've taken my 2013 vw golf tdi here twice for mechanical issues. I trust them with my car. They did great work and we're extremely professional. They kept me updated on the status of the work and parts that needed ordered.

Over many years, our experience has been quite simple -they are the best in the business. Cost, quality, honesty, everything. Tonya and Jess are fantastically personable and helpful. We’ve been going there for at least 6 years, maybe more, and we have never had an issue of any sort. They now provide pictures during the repair process so you can see what the issue is.
