Adkins Automotive

I had a 1992 ford bronco dropped off here and I understood there was a backlog of vehicles. After a while I had my issue fixed and my truck started but I encountered a problem the week I picked it up. I noticed an ill repair on the truck and it wouldn't start anymore. I called Robert and he sent a wrecker for free and repaired the truck himself for free. Turn around time was 1 day, very quick. We talked and we were both civil and he took care of it. He's a great man, made it right and helped me out immensely and I'm grateful. Excellent customer service.

I usually don't write many reviews except for exceptional or exceptionally bad experiences. Adkins automotive is excellent. I have a business and we have multiple vehicles that need service, I bring all of them there. Adkins automotive is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to anywhere in Florida. I have an older Durango that I thought for sure was a goner. It would barely start, wouldn't even idle correctly, and sounded like something was seriously wrong mechanically, so I had it towed in just to see what Robert would find. He called me back later that day and told me it was just a faulty battery, and luckily the battery was still under warranty so he replaced it. He only charged me an hour of work or something.. in any case, I had to travel for work in Fort Lauderdale and I couldn't

This is the absolute best shop that I have ever been to. I have used Adkins automotive for years. Even when I lived on the East coast, It was more than worth it to make the trip. They are so very honest and genuinely fair.They are all very kind, but I have to say that Robert and JC are the best!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but taking my 08 Acura to this shop left me with such peace of mind that I haven't felt in a while after leaving a mechanics shop. They were very welcoming from the get go and worked with me to fix my cars current issues (excessive oil leaks) while also making sure to inform me of anything to look out for in the future, without pressuring me to fix it RIGHT NOW as some other shops would do. They also try their best to keep you in the loops as repairs are in progress. I can and will recommend them to anyone if asked. 🙏🙏

I've been coming to Adkins to service my 35 year old Lincoln for a few months now and everytime I recieve excellent service and a call back within a day or two. Every staff member I have interacted with has been so kind and helpful, and I trust the mechanics with any issues my car might have. It's very important to me to have a reliable mechanic on an older vehicle some shops might turn down working on, but having the privilege to be a customer here makes having car problems much less stressful. Thank you!
