Adkison's Pure Service Station

I originally ordered a U-Haul over by corry station for my military move, U-Haul called me the day before and set me up somewhere else in Milton. The owner called me and told me they gave me the wrong directions and he’d be handling my U-Haul needs. He had NONE of the equipment I needed the day before, and went out on his own time and brought it all to his work place. Extremely polite, progressional, and timely. Every U-Haul need should go through him in the Pensacola area.

Larry has been my go-to mechanic for 5 years now since he was referred by a friend. He always makes time to get me on the schedule even when I’m just in town for a visit since moving last year from pensacola. He’s always friendly and goes above and beyond, even if I just stop in to have my tires checked and oil topped off on the way out of town. Just two weeks ago, my ‘check engine’ light came on, I needed a tune up (coils and spark plugs replaced) he was able to take care of it right away and then refer me to someone he trusted to work on the transmission. There were further issues after the transmission was fixed and Larry was able to get me back in to clean out the carburetor, add fuel injection fluid and replace battery and windshield wiper as well as make sure tires and oil were good.

What a great experience and amazing owner. I went by to see if they could squeeze me in for some work. His internet and phones were down due to an AT&T outage but that didn’t stop him from not only squeezing me in, but getting the work done even faster than we discussed. Larry is a great owner who actually still knows what customer service means and goes out of his way to provide it!

Could not have asked for a better experience for a U-Haul rental. Larry was so friendly and helpful. Made sure to inspect and review everything with me and was very flexible with my pickup. He went the extra mile to ensure wiper blades and straps were brand new and really took care of us for this move. Cannot recommend enough
